These Images do no justice to how pretty this fish really is. I don't have the proper equipment to capture hm correctly, but he is more melano lace with a metalic purplish red body and he has almost a faint butterfly pattern on him. He's pretty cool for coming from PetSmart.

The guy on the bottom is my other beta, not yet to be named. He is just some random multicolour, orange/yellow body, white, light blue, and red rays. Damn you camera!

I never intended for my blog to become a pet cemetary, but I figure why not? No one sees it, and I have to take the poor little guys body back to the petshop so I couldn't do him the typical honours.


Lieutenant Dan, you were so tiny, and so very beautiful. Here on the internet the memory of your puffy blue and red rays shall forever remain. RIP Lt. Dan.
